Arapahoe Charter School will hold the 20th Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria.  Doors will open at 6:30 pm to register and pay annual dues of $5.00.

Dr. Dennis Sawyer, Administrative Director, and Chris Watson, Business Director, will present the State of Arapahoe Charter School.  Detailed information will be presented concerning the new $7.5M construction project as well as a report on the school's academic progress.

Election of new Board of Director positions will take place after the introduction of the candidates. New Directors for the Parent, Community, and Teacher/Teacher Assistant positions will replace outgoing Directors Lee Tillman, David Gaskins, and Lori Andrews.

The Board of Directors invite you to consider placing your name in nomination for a three year term on the Board.  Contact Brenda Tyndall, Chair of the Legal Committee, brenda.tyndall@arapahoecharter.org, to indicate your interest. Nominations may also be submitted from the floor on the night of the meeting.
