Arapahoe Charter School will hold the 20th Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria.  Doors will open at 6:30 pm to register and pay annual dues of $5.00.

Dr. Dennis Sawyer, Administrative Director, and Chris Watson, Business Director, will present the State of Arapahoe Charter School.  Detailed information will be presented concerning the new $7.5M construction project as well as a report on the school's academic progress.

Election of new Board of Director positions will take place after the introduction of the candidates. New Directors for the Parent, Community, and Teacher/Teacher Assistant positions will replace outgoing Directors Lee Tillman, David Gaskins, and Lori Andrews.

The Board of Directors invite you to consider placing your name in nomination for a three year term on the Board.  Contact Brenda Tyndall, Chair of the Legal Committee,, to indicate your interest. Nominations may also be submitted from the floor on the night of the meeting.
