This is the image for the news article titled Whole School Turns Out for Pink OutOctober 22nd was our school-wide “Pink Out Day” in show of support to those who fight the breast cancer disease. Arapahoe Charter School recognizes October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month,  an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. During the month of October, ACS is collecting coins to show our support for the foundation “Journey of Hope”. Pink pumpkin containers are present in each homeroom class in hopes of student and staff support for our month long “Coins for a Cure” campaign. The classroom with the most coins collected will paint the ACS Spirit Rock with handprints. Many thanks to all those who have supported Arapahoe Charter School in its recognition of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
